pro.academind.com is a separate website from academind.com. It is an Academind-branded school, but under the hood it is technically hosted, provided, and operated through Teachable. Teachable is responsible for the technical platform operation, account system, authentication, checkout, payments, subscriptions, platform availability, platform security, and Teachable-controlled processing.
When you use pro.academind.com, buy a course or membership, create an account, log in, watch course content, or manage your subscription, the Academind Pro terms and policies apply in addition to Teachable's terms and policies:

Academind provides the course content and may receive limited student/customer data from Teachable for course administration, support, customer communication, certificate handling, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. 9. Refunds, Withdrawal Rights, And Consumer Rights
Refunds and cancellations for courses, memberships, and subscriptions are governed by the Academind Pro Terms of Use, Teachable's applicable platform rules, and any mandatory statutory rights that apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including any statutory withdrawal rights, rights relating to digital content or digital services, or mandatory warranty rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, under mandatory product liability law, and in all other cases where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
